ミーティングで使える
ファシリテーションの英語表現

　さて、今回はミーティングで使えるファシリテーションの英語表現についてです。
ミーティング場面だけでなく、話を取りまとめたり、相手の意見を聞いてみたり、リーダーシップを取る時に使える表現ですので、ぜひ日常でも使ってみてください。

Part 1：Opening a Meeting／ミーティングの導入
　Good morning everyone, thank you for coming.
　／おはようございます。本日はお越し頂き、ありがとうございます。
　Ok, let's get started. / Alright, shall we begin?
　／それでは始めていきましょう。
　Could I have everyone's attention please? Thank you.
　／皆さん、それでは聞いてください。ありがとうございます。

Part2：Introducing Agendas (Starting the Discussion)／議題の紹介（議論の導入）
　Let me remind you all of today's agendas. First A, Then B, After that C, Finally D.
　／今日の議題を紹介しましょう。初めにA、その次にB、その後C、最後にDです。
　I'd like to announce a couple of changes to the agenda.
　／議題の変更点を2点お伝えします。
　Our main aim today is to discuss the new project.
　／今日の主な目的は、新商品について議論することです。
　Ok, let's begin by hearing from Taro.
　／それでは早速、太郎さんからのヒアリングを始めましょう。
　Let's start with a presentation by Taro.
　／それでは太郎さんのプレゼンテーションから始めましょう。

Part3：Asking opinions／意見を聞く
　So, does anyone have any ideas (thoughts / suggestions)?
　／さて、誰か意見（考え／提案）はありますか？
　Are there any other options we should be considering?
　／考慮した方がいい、他の方法はありますか？
　Can we hear Taro's opinion on this?
　／この件に関して太郎さんの意見を聞かせてください。
　Taro, what are your thoughts?
　／太郎さん、これについてどう考えますか？
　Taro, do you have some experience on this?
　／太郎さん、この件について経験がありますか？

Part4：Staying on track (Managing Time)／ミーティングを順調に進める（タイムマネージメント）
　Let's get back on track.
　／本題に戻りましょう。
　That's a very interesting topic but we don't have time to discuss it today.
　／とっても面白い議題ですが今日はその事について話す時間がありません。
　As we're short of time, let's move on to the next item on the agenda.
　／今日はあまり時間がないので、次の議題に移りましょう。

Part 5：Summarizing Progress (Decisions)／進行の要約（結論）
　Before we finish, I'll summarize what we talked about today.
　／終わる前に、今日話し合った内容を要約します。
　So, today we discussed three things.
　／さて、今日は3つの件について話し合いました。

Part 6.：Wrapping Up (Ending)／ミーティングを終了する
　We've covered everything on agenda. Is there anything else we need to discuss?
　／全ての議題を話し合いました。他に付け加えたいことはありますか？
　Ok, thanks, that was very productive.
　／ありがとうございます。このミーティングはとても実りの多いものでした。
　That's the end of the meeting, thank you everyone.
　／これでミーティングは終わりです。皆さんありがとうございました。
